Sometimes life chooses to unravel. It could happen as a major big event, it could be just a string of smaller pickings, like a torrential rain of problem filling your cup faster than you can cope with it. Hopefully we all developed and discovered some tools to help us through stormy times, more or less healthy. And sometimes the best thing we can do it let is unravel, until we are left with nothing but a string to start anew. If you are looking a safe space to let it go with an exhale, space with a map if you get lost, space with a grounded companions, and someone to hold space for you - meet us on a dance floor every Thursday.
