DAY 01
07 of March - FRIDAY
- AFTERNOON
Dropping the mask.
Fading into the wisdom of being a body.
Strategies to create a non-verbal mind, ego-vanishing, availability for dancing.
Through a guided embodiment and slow pace, increasing awareness of the layers that surrounds, permeates and constitutes the body.
This process unfolds into a guided active process for creating-being space and time and energy in motion, within a uplifiting score to rebuilt patterns.
.
DAY 02
08 of March - SATURDAY
- MORNING
Dedicating time for the embodiment and research of the 03 houses: Head, Torso, Pelvis.
Ways to clean, open, refresh and engage.
Spine as a motor with gravity as fuel.
Melting up, grounding and improvising in between.
- AFTERNOON
Time to explore dancing within a specific frame, bringing out the connection of the learning of a body and the unlearning of social physical patterns that limits the movement. Releasing into the dance of right-now.
.
DAY 03
09 of March – SUNDAY
- MORNING
Dedicated to the subtle body. Dreams and Imagination. Bringing the subtle field in the materiality of the flesh, learning to shapeshift and dealing with power, forces, and relationship with gravity.
- AFTERNOON
Dancing within a specific frame. Limiting certain senses to increase others and find equanimity, and the potency of the overall entanglement of the senses of a body.
.
(MONDAY OFF)
.
DAY 04
11 of march - TUESDAY
- MORNING
Dedicated to the study and embodiment of the layers that constitutes the body and the awareness of the space. Time as body, space as the bodies in the space. Weaving inside and outside and finding the engagement from deepening in each layer and understanding its transitioning.
- AFTERNOON
Structures for dancing where witnessing become to see what the other is looking at, inside of a dance and connecting with the `field` of a dancer in order to gift her with a koan question to be lived.
.
DAY 05
12 of march, WEDNESDAY
- MORNING
Actively playing and training, looking carefully to momentum, jumping, falling, lifting center, getting light.
- AFTERNOON
Releasing the head and its weight, the thoughts and its mass, increasing the underneath of what happens in the systems of a body to be danced, liberating the wisdom of a body to manifest.
Entangling what happens inside of a body in the motion of the playfulness througout the gravitatory field, dancing.

"The mystery of a day invited me to change,
the change that is done by itself.
I only could step away from my `habitus` and help vanish all the powder of old,
refreshing new born unknown season into gold ( dance )
- To serve the call of courage and love"

UNWORKSHOP is directed mostly for those who already had some experience in Contact Improvisation, but not necessarily.
We will dive deep and light into a process where time and space will be understood and processed as body, in the connection with the immanent cosmogony of researching.
One'self', the otherhood , and what we usually, or even poetically, could call a 'meeting'.
The invitation is to recall for the ability to surrender beyond the names.
.
.
.
.
.
The Unworkshop is directly oriented into contact Improvisation as a practice.
.
.
.
Radical only if tender.
Wild because of being subtle.
.
As it is.

BIO
My name is Alessandro Rivellino, to recognize myself as this name would be too limiting or not enough.
I will be in the role of teaching, so I know that I have a response ability to share and hold space for others to learn.
I believe in what I do, which means that I do something inspired by something else with no name for it.
You are welcome, as you are, with whatever is happening in what you could call yourself, today.
That said, I will go for what I mean (making mine the words of a master of words):
"Listen to me, listen to my silence. What I never say is the thing that I do say and also another thing. Grasp that other thing which I really said, because I myself cannot."
(Clarice Lispector)

Well, if you have time and wish to continue reading:
It is already 20 years that I have worked with this thing of writing a Bio...
I think the most significant ones was those who made clear that is not about myself, exactly.
I keep asking and forgetting.
What should I say there?
That I wish to be human enough to be able to listen to the others?
That I am interested in the lifts of the corners of the mouth?
That I dance and teach, and I am danced and I serve as a vessel, that I trust in something that could be called the Big Mystery?
Or...
That I have experienced enough to start with not knowing with certain quality?
That I had wonderful teachers and colleagues with whom I learnt?
And that I devote my life for teaching and dancing?
That I have awards and nominations, a master's degree, that I have thought in more than 30 countries for hundreds of people?
That I have studied a bit of: BMC, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Antigimnastics, Craneosacral Osteopathy, modern dance, contemporary dance, choreography, performance studies, sitespecific studies, Authentic Movement, zen buddhism, ancient technologies of the sacred; and a lot of Contact Improvisation?
That the most significant experiences in life I just cannot write over here?
Or...
That I believe in something called friendship?
That I don't have kids, so I know nothing about life yet?
That I am passionate now as I was when I first got in touch with dance in this life?
That I still write but I listen to what is beyond, before, and behind words?
Or even...
That I really hope that through this illusion of you and I being separated, we can drop it, and go beyond our hanging names to explore the in-between field of existence to dance and be danced with and through the visible and invisible forces entangled at each single moment and find the way to be at the arch of beauty?
Or instead, maybe I could simplify and say:
"The dance is the teacher, the teacher points to that" ?
