Updated dancing schedule

This Sunday, August 21 and until further notice there will be no lesson or social dance at the Atascadero Ag Hall. There are tons of competing dance events happening every weekend. Such as Atascadero Hot Summer Nights with 3 bands playing, in SLO Linda Drake has a major dance weekend event scheduled and Tango lessons every Sunday, the upcoming Phoenix Desert City Dance Convention (Angela will be attending), and many other great bands with dancing. At the Atascadero Agricultural Hall there will continue to be Wednesday dance lessons, starts at 7:00pm, with a social dance afterwards. Angela will be teaching intermediate West Coast Swing on Wednesdays and is our DJ after the lesson. She plays music by request so if you have a favorite style of music (my favorites are Cha-Cha, Night Club 2 Step and Waltz) Angela will do her best to accommodate your needs. We have had numerous newcomers show up on Sundays and I encourage them to come and join us on Wednesdays. I can always take any first time dancers into the dining hall area and teach them the basics of West Coast Swing so they can move up to Angela’s intermediate lessons.
