Aloha! Welcome to Uplift, a free-form dance (similar to Ecstatic Dance) happening at Inner Alignment Studio in Kona the 3rd Sunday of every month from 6-8pm. This is a brand new venue, an awesome space we are excited to enjoy with you combining the best of dance, yoga, and sound healing for a blissful and empowering experience.
