Then, let loose and find your rhythm with a 1.5 hour UPLIFT Dance pulsating to the beats of Liz Stapelton. Let the music move you, as you become part of a supportive community celebrating life through dance! Get your groove on! To complete the evening's journey, indulge in a Sound Bath curated by Kaimana Lighhawk, where the healing power of sound will wash over you, leaving you in a state of profound relaxation and harmony. We've been told this event energizes people for the week ahead and is a highlight of their month, come enjoy it with us and get juiced up!
