Aloha! Join us for Uplift! A free-form dance (similar to Ecstatic Dance) happening at Inner Alignment Studio in Kona from 6-8pm Sun Nov 26th. This is a fun new venue, an awesome space we are excited to enjoy with you combining the best of dance, yoga, and sound healing for a blissful and empowering experience. Yoga (15 min) with Sarah Bergeron - Founder of Inner Alignment Studios InnerAlignmentstudios.com Uplift dance (90 min) with DJ NTU - DJ/percussionist with a passion for Afro rhythmic music from the Caribbean, Latin America, the US, and Mother Africa! Paired with his DJing, he also brings the live instrumental element of drumming. His events are lively and will always get your body moving! FB: DJ NTU IG: dj_ntu Sound bath (20 min) by Pam Neil of Aloha Breathwork - with Crystal Singing Bowls and Breathwork – two powerful modalities – for an experience that transcends ordinary healing/breathwork sessions.
