Aloha! Welcome to Uplift, a free-form dance (similar to Ecstatic Dance) happening at Inner Alignment Studio in Kona the 3rd Sunday of every month from 6-8pm. This is a brand new venue, an awesome space we are excited to enjoy with you combining the best of dance, yoga, and sound healing for a blissful and empowering experience. Paired with his DJing, he also brings the live instrumental element of drumming. His events are lively and will always get your body moving! FB: DJ NTU IG: dj_ntu Sound bath (15 min) by Pam Neil of Aloha Breathwork - with Crystal Singing Bowls and Breathwork – two powerful modalities – for an experience that transcends ordinary healing/breathwork sessions.
