Uplifting level up Tuesday classes Utrecht, May 6 w Sebas van Wetten

Next week Tuesday, 6th May, a new series of classes will start in Utrecht. In this I want to take the classes to a higher level of CI. ► Dansavontuur - weekly CI classes by Sebas van Wetten ◄ Get ready for more challenging and dynamic exercises, including hip lifts, jump & catches, shoulder lifts. Of course, I will continue to keep an eye on the subtle communication in our dance, like you know from me. And we will build it up step by step, to keep it safe for all. It will be fun and challenging – and: it also requires commitment ! If this appeals to you, I would love to have you with us. I started teaching in 2002 and continued to devote and develop myself in this dance. In my lessons I bring your attention to detailed movements of your bones, joints, organs, etc. These experiences expand your possibilities and always lead to a richer and more subtle dance. I also work as a physiotherapist, and my fascination for how special we humans can move comes together in both worlds.
