Urban Jazz Workshop with Antoine Hunter

We’re thrilled to welcome Antoine Hunter, award-winning Deaf dancer and founder of Urban Jazz Dance Company, for a special Feel the Beat workshop on Saturday, November 15th. Does your spirit feel like something is missing? Do you want to express yourself, build core strength, and dance? This class is for everyone—beginner or professional. It’s not about how high you kick, but why you kick! Urban Jazz Dance blends Ballet, Afro movement, and American Sign Language, channeling raw energy and freedom. Classes are taught by award-winning Deaf dancer Antoine Hunter, with assistance from Zahna Simon, and welcome both Deaf and hearing participants.
