Instructor approval is REQUIRED. We recommend participants be familiar with: Urban Kiz Walking Basic 1 Basic 2 Basic 3 Frame NOTE: You do not need to be “perfect” in these movements, but you should be familiar with them. Class will focus on sharpening, refining, and expanding upon these concepts rather than teaching them from scratch. ———————————- 🔸 Placement & Evaluation Policy To ensure a productive learning environment, a brief evaluation will take place during the first minutes of the first class. This helps ensure that all participants are placed appropriately for Level 2. If the instructor determines that Level 2 is not the right fit at this time, participants will be fully reimbursed and provided with personalized feedback to support their progress.
