Urban Kiz Night

DJ Ruivo & The White Lion Team are hosting the first urban night at the White Lion!! Urban Kiz has grown so fast over the last couple of years, the amazing dancers in the midlands have embraced the dance, the music and the party! We are going to have a great time!!!! The doors will open at 7:30pm for a drink and a catch-up with friends. The dancing starts with a 2 hour workshop from 8pm - 10pm. The workshop with Ionut and Korrie will be progressive so please try to get there at the start. The party will run from 10pm-4am!!!! The price for the party is only £8, parking is free and the bar is cheap! Lizzie Wadman (aka Mrs Ruivo) will get everyone dancing and welcome you in to our lovely group of friends and dancers. ***Teachers*** We are VERY VERY proud to introduce Ionut (pronounced Yo-Noots) and Korrie as your teachers for the evening. For those who haven't had the pleasure yet Ionut is the creme de la creme of urban kiz dancers, he is famous as a taxi dancer at international festivals, the ladies have to form an orderly queue whenever he is there! Spend some time with him and you meet a humble, caring, and passionate man who is 100% kizaddict and wants nothing more than for you to enjoy the dance and the music as much as he does. Korrie is the shining star of the midlands dancing world! She is talented, beautiful and warm, every man wants to dance with her and once they do they never want to let her go again! She can't wait to share some of her tips with you all to help you become better dancers! ***DJs*** DJ Cubanito stands out as one of the best and most experienced DJ's in the country and he keeps it fresh every week with great music! You are guaranteed a good night wherever he is playing, his passion for music and dance is infectious and his energy builds every party up!!! DJ Ruivo loves playing new music and loves playing requests, if there is a track you love but isn't quite suitable for your traditional kizomba party this is the perfect time and place to share it!
