Everyone is welcome regardless of ability or level of dance experience. ☞ WHAT IS URBAN KIZ? ☜ Urban Kiz is a dance style which was developed from Kizomba dance (originated in Angola), but when brought to Europe, influences from hip hop, tango, semba show and other dances started to give the dance a different feeling than Kizomba. Urban - because of the music it is often danced to - electronic music, RnB, Ghetto Zouk, and remixes. Kiz - because of the basics, connection to, and origins in Kizomba. Urban Kiz has been recently gaining popularity all around the world! And it combines smooth and romantic moves, together with body isolations and sharp accents.
