Urban Kiz solo styling & body control workshop

We are inviting you to Urban Kiz solo styling & body control workshop with Kriste on the 4th of February + 1h FREE social that’s great for lady leaders and role switching. Therefore all men, women, leaders and followers are welcome! :) In the workshop, we start by learning the essentials that you need in Urban Kiz such as walking technique, pivots, turns, balance, posture etc. We continue practicing using our body control and awareness; and finish off with a short choreography focusing on musicality and everything above. Although these are styling classes, men/leaders are more than welcome to join as the workshop includes techniques and body awareness that you can use on the dance floor.
