Just drop us a text ☺ SCHEDULE: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SATURDAY - 7 March 2020 12:30-1:30pm Lead Through Intentions 1:30-2:30pm Styling & Bodywaves 2:30-3:30pm Cool Urban Moves PROGRAMME DESCRIPTION: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1st Hour - Lead Through Intentions Say goodbye to hard and pushy leading! You will get a fundamental introduction to the magic of intentional leading, which means that you lead by your body intentions instead of by a rigid frame. You will also learn how to move your body in a way every follower will understand what you want. Followers will learn how to interprete the movements to be able to follow the intentional lead. 2nd Hour - Styling and Bodywaves In this session participants will be taught different ways of styling in the couple. We all learned at some point that Urban Kizz is a dialogue, not a monologue. But we still often times dance without paying too much attention on the creativity of our partner. Now, you will learn how to make your dance experience even more special by inspiring each other and adapting to each others idea. All this will be based on bodywaves. 3rd Hour - Cool Urban Moves This session is to bring together what we've learned before. You will be taught cool Urban moves that you can lead with intentional leading and will include bodywaves. The focus is on making the dance an amazing experience on the social dance floor. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS: --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aidar Faizrakhmanov Aidar is originally from Russia. He started learning Ballroom dance when he was 6 years old. He basically spent his whole life dancing and has developed overall solid dancing skills and musical knowledge. He has been dancing Kizomba since 2015 and has been teaching Kizomba at international dance festivals in Russia, Beijing and Shanghai. His Kizomba style has been inspired by artists like Tony Pirata, Yami & Marta, Albir, Mike Evans, Ronie Saleh, Felicien & Isabelle, Jojo & Mickaela, etc. He is a passionate dancer and detail-oriented instructor. Barbara Riedel Barbara is half Italian, half German but lives as a digital nomad around the world. Her love for dancing was triggered when she started Ballroom dancing as a teenager. Since then, dancing has been a part of her life and it became her biggest passion. She started dancing Kizomba in Thailand but didn’t stick to just one country. She went to festivals around the world to widen her horizon on moves, techniques, and musicality. She is now a certified Urban Kiz Teacher by Curtis Seldon. She taught (and co-taught) in Asia, North America, and Europe, and is part of Europe's biggest taxi team – the Kizz Ryders.
