Morning Workshop (11:45am–2:30pm) Depending on the month: Creative Flow Dojo® / Tantric Trance Dance / Bioenergetic Alchemy / TRYBE® Trance Dance / Rebellious Spirit Movement / etc. Sessions include: guided creativity, shamanic trance dance, bioenergetics, emotional release, embodiment, movement meditation. 2. Afternoon Workshop (3:30pm–5:45pm) A mix of Conscious Connections practices, Ritual Breathwork, Bioenergetic Breathwork, inner-work processes or relational embodied practices. 3. Evening Ecstatic Dance + Cacao (7pm–9:45pm) A no-talking, phone-free ecstatic dance with cacao ceremony. Featuring different genre events.
