INTRO ======== We are very happy to bring to you a unique afternoon of UrbanKiz. This one is all about "leveling up" our dance to the Music. Some times Music demands from you, other times it suggests to you and other times it offers total freedom for you to express yourself. We will learn how to level up our dancing by alternating our frame, rhythm and interpretation. Level : Intermediate (but you know.. you set the limit) You need to be able to lead/follow more than the basics and have started to play or understand rythm variations. ======== 2. SCHEDULE ======== The "Level Up" class will consist of : - Close & Open Positions ( together and apart ) - Rhythm Variations ( playing with music ) - Musicality ( all the above together: technique & expression ) 16:00 - 19:00: Workshops with Valentino & Joan 19:00 - 22:00: Social Dance with DJ S-EsTii ======== 3. VENUE ======== Dansens hus (stage entrance) : Wallingatan 19, Stockholm T-BANA & BUSES: Hötorget We will have plenty of space: 220 sqm! ======== 4. BIO ======== We have been performing and teaching Kizomba/Urban Kiz around the UK and Europe. In 2015 we were the GB Kizomba North West Champions and vice champions in the GB Kizomba Competition /Africadancar UK. With our knowledge of contemporary and classical music we aspire to add some modern bits and dynamics to our dance and share it with our newest community in Stockholm.
