The workshops' recipe is going to be intensive and focusing on three elements that we like to use : - Frame / Balance (..or we are lost without it) - Footwork (..let those feet shine in the dance floor) - Lifts / Dips (..sky is your limit, or the sealing) Level: Intermediate (but you know.. you set the limit) Bootcamp Motto: Strive for greatness. In 2015 we were the GB Kizomba North West Champions and vice champions in the GB Kizomba Competition /Africadancar UK. With our knowledge of contemporary and classical music we aspire to add some modern bits and dynamics to our dance and share it with our newest community in Stockholm.
