Urbankiz workshops, socials & party with Agnes & Elli

IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Urbankiz workshops, socials & party with Agnes & Elli participants 🥰 Location: Tanssistudio Fenix Tuureporinkatu 13, next to synagoga, there is a locked gate to the courtyard. We will be at the gate from 14:30 to 15 to let you in. The entrance is in the E stairway, in the back right corner of the yard. If you know you will be late, send me a message and I will let you know the gate code to get you in. (Or contact my helping hands Amanda Silvennoinen or Kiesha Serena Rice). Indoor dancing shoes (with or without heels), wolly socks, or just socks are good in the dance studio. Take your own water bottle. Some fruits & snacks are available, but you can bring your own as well. Schedule 15-16 Body isolations with Agnes Hjelm 16-17 Partnerwork with Agnes Hjelm & Elli Pettersson 17-19 Socials There is also a shower if you feel like freshening up at some point, but you need to bring your own towel. After the socials, there is a 2h shower&dinner break before the night party in other location. The party for pre-registered participants is in Cafe Tiljan, Åbo Svenska Teatern, Eerikinkatu 13 (next to Kauppatori). Use the door at Eerikinkatu side of the ÅST building, Jenni Louramo will be there at the door letting you in for the first hour (21-22). If you arrive after 22, contact Annika (or a friend inside) to open the door for you! There is a carpet floor in Cafe Tiljan, but there is also a stage with wooden floor more suitable for spins and slides. No indoor shoes required. At the party, bar is open with card payment only. Own drinks not allowed (except water). If you have something to ask about the party location, Isabella Rios is the person to help you. If there is anything on your mind, don't hesitate to ask! Socials: After the classes, we will have relaxed socials to train together & enjoy the afternoon with good company & music!
