✨ Understanding Headmovements – Brazilian Zouk Intensive ✨ 💃 Who is this intensive for? 👉 Brazilian Zouk dancers: who have mastered the basics and want to deepen their skills — minimum requirement: completed Level 1 at UZouk classes. Level 2 experience highly recommended but not required. 👉 Dancers from other styles: such as Kizomba, Bachata, West Coast Swing or any style where headmovement is part of the dance vocabulary — and who want to add quality and technique to their movement repertoire! If you’ve been watching Zouk socials thinking: “I wish I really understood how to do those headmovements…” — this is your chance to learn! 💪 And if you dance other styles — this intensive will give you new tools to elevate your connection and style. 🤩 Ever wondered how dancers make those beautiful, flowing headmovements look so effortless — and how to do them safely and comfortably yourself? In this special Understanding Headmovements Intensive, we’ll take you on a deep dive into the technique, connection, and body awareness needed to lead and follow headmovements with clarity and ease. You'll learn how to move with precision, softness, and respect for your partner’s body and your own anatomy. This is not about flashy tricks — it’s about understanding the principles behind the movement, and giving you tools to integrate them beautifully into your dance.
