Get your pass now! ** Val Clemente & Vanessa Bonilha Biography ** Known for their charisma, energy, musicality and commitment to spreading and improving Zouk around the world, Val Clemente and Vanessa Bonilha have been teaching Brazilian Zouk in worldwide congresses, workshops and boot camps. They have an extensive teaching experience covering over 15 countries including Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Russia, Mexico, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Finland, Slovakia, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, England, Brazil etc. Leaning on more than 12 years of experience dancing Zouk, bolero, soltinho, samba de gafieira and forró their dance foundation is not only consistent but also innovative. For the last 3 years they have been working hard toward growing the Zouk community not only in quantity but also in quality with their Zouk Needs You methodology. ZNY project was founded by Val Clemente in Rio de Janeiro in the year of 2012 with the intention to study and understand the Zouk concepts and foundation. Over the years the ZNY boot camp has attracted many students and event organizers around the world, and it’s grown enough to become a teaching system that is now present in 4 countries (Russia, Slovakia, Germany and Brazil) with teams trained and taught by Val and Vanessa together. Zouk for them is more than just patterns. They live, they breathe, they express, dance! This passion reflects the ZNY methodology, which is a combination of technique, body awareness, musicality and cultural understanding that allow people to express themselves and truly connect with a partner while dancing. Their forever learning approach has inspired many new and established artists to understand Zouk in a new dimension.
