Valle de Bravo - Metamorphosis

🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲 DeepRoot Movement lands in Valle de Bravo with a new edition of Metamorphosis, A multidisciplinary 3-day experience to unleash your full potential through true presence. The key is to feel, observe, recognize and transmute into a harmonious but borderless creation. On this occasion the design will be aimed at using our fears and limitations as raw material for creation and expression. For this we identify those self imposed limitations with Bio-constellation to then transmute them in life with Authentic Movement and Shadow-work. At the same time we will dive into vocal technique and exercises to activate our voice, the place where these blockages usually get stuck. As if that were not enough, we will expand our perception and strengthen our presence with three workshops: Deep Body, Contact Dance and Tango. Each of the workshops and experiences will be given by professionals and therapists with many years of experience.
