ATTITUDE DANCE CLASSES are Focuses on a strong technical foundation and well-rounded training. Classes are formatted with basic notions in the areas of ballet, jazz, stiletto dance, contemporary, creative movement, Brazilian dances, high heels and more. Various levels are offered for recreational to professional. BRAZILIAN ZOUK LADIES TECHNIQUE focuses on the Brazilian Zouk fundamentals, understand how to do a correct and safe head movements, cambrês and foot work and how to become a strong, independent and versatile lady. You will learn how to have a fast response, the difference between being ready and be prepared, the difference between following and have an effective response, will understand how to be in charge of your dance and still follow sensitively, body positioning, musicality, contact improvisation focusing in Brazilian Zouk and much more. ***You will have the opportunity to learn life skills while doing something that you can relax and also have fun! The main goal is not to become professional dancers, but learn how to understand your body, work on your confidence and self-esteem and have lots of fun, what you learn in the lessons you will take it for life.
