SALSA CLASS 5-6pm : Beginners with Fabhiola Improvers/Intermediate partner work DANCING with Dj Angus and Dj Erick the Saint from 6pm till 10pm ENTRY: £10 (cash at the door or bank transfer at the door) PLEASE NOTE: - bring your own water bottle for refill (the venue will be providing a plastic cup per person for reuse on the night to minimise single-usage cups) - we can no longer use any talc powder on the floor, please don’t bring or apply any on the dance floor, strictly prohibited VENUE: The London Irish Centre, 50-52 Camden Square, London, NW1 9XB The music behind our guest dj: DJ ANGUS Ace DJ, collector of Salsa Vinyl and the man behind Abanico Salsa, Angus has been collecting Salsa music in all formats for over 25 years and can be found on the decks regularly at Abanico Salsa parties & events (including Salsa on the Pier) and in guest slots around the country for other Salsa promoters, events & congresses. As a DJ and dancer his first love is solid swinging Salsa and if it swings he will play it - no matter if it is old or new, rare or popular, fast or slow - if it gets the dancers up it’s in the bag! Looking forward to loading up the record box and heading to the big smoke he will be packing some big guns, some slow burners, favourite floor fillers and a few rarities and surprises to keep the dance floor full.
