He says, “For our first ever virtual ecstatic dance offering I am aiming to provide us an ecstatic dance journey that supports us in dropping into a sacred space wherever we are, connects us to move internal energy through the dance rhythms, and builds up our momentum to peak releases where we can let go of the stagnant energy that has accumulated in us during this time of containment. My hope is that we can experience a sense of liberation and renew our connection to creative and living forces through our dance." We're excited to see you on the virtual dance floor this Sunday starting with our opening circle at 11 a.m. and finishing at 1 p.m. with a closing circle! We'll be coming together via Zoom with a fresh new DJ set from Minister of Music Marcelino. You will have the option to join us by video or just audio if you prefer, from the comfort of your own space. $5 entry fee if you are able. Please send payment by PayPal to [email protected].
