Virtual Ecstatic Dance #2 :: Daytime Edition

Join us on Sunday April 12th, as we continue this wave of dancing together virtually, for a DAYTIME EDITION of Ecstatic Dance! There will be an opening yoga class warmup, followed by an Ecstatic Dance and closing with a sound meditation. We'll also have a simultaneous VIRTUAL LOUNGE room, should you feel like taking a breather from the dance. We'll be inviting Trinity Schmidt to facilitate connection experiences and other fun activities for us to engage in, while the music is happening in the other 'room'.
