In this series, "Playing with Fire", we will dive into the rules of communication. Understanding how to style within the leaders pattern work without interruption, then exploring the best times to ask for extensions and accelerations without ❌high-jacking❌! We will be incorporating (F)ootwork, (I)ntention, (E)nergy, (R)otation, (C)onnection, and (E)motion in your basics to elevate your dancing and take it to the next level.☝🏻📈 We will warm up, use drills and put elements together to create embellishments that bring out your inner goddess and let her been seen to the world! 👑 We ask that all attendees be comfortable with their basics; this will not be a beginner class. 🎥The intensive will be streamed live on through Mind Body Online - 🚨 It will also be available to view until 9/21 if you are not able to attend live. 📩You will be emailed a link to join the live stream 30 minutes prior to the beginning of class.
