Virtual Forró Dance Party

Our last virtual forró experiment was a lot of fun so we're doing it again! Join us for an evening of live music, dancing, drinking, and waving to each other from our living rooms. It will be fun to see your face, so use the Zoom link to enter the room. If you are unable to use Zoom, we will be trying to stream live from Facebook and Instagram as well. 6:15pm - "Doors open" in Zoom so you can get your technology figured out 6:30pm-7:00pm - Forró dance class with Ariele Faria Dos Santos. No partner necessary! She'll be focusing more on moves you can do on your own. Donations for the class can be made via Venmo to @Ariele-FS in Venmo. 7:00pm-8:00pm - Live forró music with former Cajuina singer Lucas Hidalgo (currently in Thailand!) for us to keep the dance party going.
