Inspired by Nature, philosophy and Martial arts concepts we will dive intro presence and movement to fully connect with our physicality and awareness to improve our relation with ourselves, the environment and others. The lab is designed for everyone who has interest on learning and experiencing simple and effective ways to inhabit this 3 powerful words through a Movement and Presence practice: Freedom, Empowerment and Joy. All the tasks are exploration based and self regulated to make them safe and rewarding. Exercises inspired by Tai Ji Quan and Kung Fu concepts regarding rooting/grounding, sensing/listening and moving/organising our structure will be explored as bridges into contact impro resources to keep this three words present and Alive. He invites us to use the present moment as a space of recognition and exploration, creation and self realization that helps us to take this positive experiences and insights into our daily life, outside a "training space". He is a movement artist, teacher and researcher for wellbeing, empowerment and dance. He has been training Kung Fu, Q Gong and Tai Ji Quan for 22 years by now and is teaching since 2006. He researchers and dances Contemporary Dance and Contact Impro since 2013. He is Integral Yoga teacher since 2009. He has knowledge on Anatomy, Phisiology and Chinese Medicine. He also studies Taoism and Buddhism.
