VOICE & SOUL EXPANSION RETREAT With Sito Reno A 3-day retreat to explore, expand and manifest our voices, musicality, movement and togetherness, but also our connection with ourselves, nature and spirit with a sacred grandfather ceremony. Our Energy body will shine with our daily morning yoga practice, and our singing will be activated, revived and awakened every day along with our expression and communication, clear and fluid thanks to our talking circles. ABOUT SITO RENO A great visionary, yogi and music medicine man from France, with over 8 years experience as a space holder of ceremonies and singing circles, is coming to Ometepe to share his gift of voice activation- a tool for healing, unity, consciousness, confidence and happiness. Sito spreads an atmosphere of love, unity, acceptance, and trust in human nature. https://youtu.be/jjm1CWGa-K8 ___________ ➳ Program DAY 1 6-8 am : Meditation, Yoga, Chi-kung 8-9 am : Breakfast 9- 12 am : Voice Activation, Singing Circle and Kirtan 12-2.30 pm : lunch, pool time, relax 2.30- 5 pm : Expression lab Dynamic musical connection games with embodiment practices of expression and song circle improvisation. After dinner : Blind Orchestra Night A game of deep listening and spontaneous music creation. Guided meditation to prepare our sleep, dreams and being to receive a master teacher plant. DAY 2 Grandfather Ceremony This ceremony with a sacred medicine from the Andes will take all our time for this day and into the night. We will start with yoga and drink the medicine early, right after protecting the space and setting our intentions. We will sing a lot in the morning to activate the codes of this medicine. A noble silence will be respected in the middle of the day, followed by a sound healing, ecstatic dance and prayers around the fire. We will close this ceremony when all prayers have been spoken, and then have a grounded meal. The altar and unfolding of this day is a journey that Sito received from his dear elder teacher through working with her for many years, with many different groups around the world. The main characteristic of this healing journey is that it is for everyone a highlight of life itself!
