We’re summoning the good times with Rhythm 'n’ Blues from the 40’s and 50’s, enchanting the dance floor with the very best in swing, and adding a large dash of rock 'n’ roll to the mix. Brought up in the industrial heartland of the North, they have seen the highs & lows and play with all the heart, soul, sadness, joy and pride that this primal beat deserves. Lula’s vocal goes from a whisper to a hurricane, mixing classics and lesser known gems from singers such as Ann Cole, Dolly Cooper and Lavern Baker.
