Vortex Ecstatic Dance

Vortex Ecstatic Dance invites you to dance and boogie. Come and experience fun Contact Improvisation Warm up led by Avital Ben Zuri. After we warm up we will dive and surf the ecstatic wave journey with DJ Luminus. (Marek). Throughout the night we will co-create another unique community art piece facilitated by Jessica Mortell. Mariya Shiyko will bring the the night to a sweet finish by leading us in community vocalizing. Don't miss is this magical journey and go through the Vortex with us! Admission: $15 - $20 sliding scale Students: $10 w/ID (kids 15 and under free) Vortex Dance is a free-flow, barefoot and conscious form of dancing. The uplifted dancing space is considered to be sacred. We abstain from social talk and dance without shoes. You may participate in the dance or just enjoy witnessing.
