Vortex Ecstatic Dance - Boston

🌞💗 🌞 Hello friends and happy spring! We loved dancing with you in May and we are excited to gather one more time before taking a summer break. Vortex Ecstatic Dance is a journey to the source of joy and to deepening connections with our dance community. We offer a cacao ritual to get grounded and settled in out body. This month's contact-improv inspired warm up will be led by Patrick Crowley, seasoned dancer, yoga instructor and teacher. He will help us ease into the dance and connect to each other. 🎧 💗 🎧 Followed by an ecstatic journey with DJ Luminus that will make your feet move and heart sing. 🎧 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 At the end of the evening Jessica Mortell will lead a connective mingling: connect deeper to yourself, hang out with old friends and meet new ones. 🌞 ☕ Our opening circle with served cacao will start at 7:15 pm.
