This April, we gather on the dance floor to reconnect with what holds us: the earth beneath our feet, the breath in our body, the steady rhythm of being alive. We begin with Sonic Shake warm-up led by Wren… rooting into gravity, into presence, into the wisdom of the body. From there, through the ecstatic wave with Ankati Day, we rise, building heat, expression, and aliveness , growing wild, connected, and free.
