As the leaves turn and the season shifts, we come together in the spirit of EMBRACE: embracing change, embracing ourselves and embracing each other . 🍂💫 This month’s journey will invite us to: 🌿 Open our arms to the unknown 🔥 Welcome transformation with courage 🌙 Soften into self-acceptance and love After all, don't we all just need a hug? 🤗 Warm-Up inspired by 5 Rhythms will be lead by Joel. Followed by a dance wave set with DJ Luminus who will lead us through heart opening tunes into ecstatic highs full of deep bass. Our community embrace will end with a soothing Soundbath with Julia Klebanov. No steps to follow, no experience needed — just bring your body, your breath, and your willingness to move. !!!🔈 This time with an upgraded sound system 🔈 !!!
