VSM's 5th Birthday!

Vintage Swing Movement is celebrating our 5th Birthday!! ✨ It's been 5 years of First Friday events in our community -- can you believe it??! Take note, though, that this party is happening on a SATURDAY! 😉 We are THRILLED to announce we are hosting our birthday party in the newly renewed, Gay Parita!! This building has a long history of live jazz and dancing in the 30s & 40s, that our great-grandparents have fond memories of, and has been newly restored!! 😱😍 Hosted at: The Gay Parita 6991 NW 20th St Scammons, KS (30 minute drive from Joplin) SWING DANCE LESSON: 7:00pm LIVE JAZZ & DANCING: 8:00 - 10:00pm Our featured band is NWA Jazz & More! 🎉 This combo from Northwest Arkansas is an energetic, musical force to be reckoned with -- they'll having you dancing in your seat and itching for the dance floor! 💥🎶 After the dance lesson, feel free to try out your new moves and/or kick back and relax to some swingin' tunes & delicious food by The Gay Parita Restaurant! They'll be serving up Italian & American food, as well as beer & other cold drinks! 🤤😁 We're admitting just the FIRST 100 PEOPLE! 🎟 Tickets fly quickly for these events!
