Tango Workshop with Noe Argumedo "Walking the Embrace, Discover Tango" Noelia Argumedo Noelia Argumedo began her dance studies in 1991 at the age of 7 in Spain Folks, Flamenco and Ballet. During her career and personal search as a dancer she ventured into Contemporary Dance, Argentine Folklore, Butho Dance, Contact Improvisation, Theatre, Aerial Dance and Trapeze, General Relocation postural, Yoga and Somatic Movement. She is an Argentinian National Dance Teacher (Diploma in Dance Education). Dancer, teacher, and cultural manager with over 20 years of experience in Tango. Organizer of milongas, practicas, tango classes, and cultural projects in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Italy, France, Greece, Malta, and England. Awarded as a dancer: 1st place at the Valparatango Festival 201. 3rd place at the Tango World Championship “Tango BA” sub-sede in the Cuyo Region, Mendoza, Argentina 2010. Awarded as a cultural manager: Recognition and award from the government of Mendoza, Argentina 2012 for her work in promoting the cultural development of Tango in Mendoza with “La Pipistrela” milonga, a project she continues to promote and strengthen the growth of Tango in Mendoza. Tango DJ at various milongas, festivals, and sub-sedes of the Tango World Championship “Tango BA” in Argentina, Mexico, England, Italy, and Greece.
