(ENGLISH BELOW) Water / Earth Contact Festival in Caribe Costa Rica Bienvenides a esta 3era edición en el caribe sur de Costa Rica, una región rodeada de bosque, biodiversidad, aguas cálidas y ambiente chill, en Playa Cocles. Este año contamos con 4 facilitadores: Andrea Scheel (MEX), Dan Springer (USA), Lucía Levy (CRC) y Lau Cruz (CRC). Además tendremos a un invitado especial, Fernando Alvarado, guía de corales. El encuentro plantea un espacio de concientización de cómo los territorios corporales circulan e intervienen los espacios naturales, y a su vez como el despertar de la sensibilidad por la fuerza de la naturaleza nos puede también transformar. El poder del agua, las corrientes, las temperaturas que podemos sentir,la tierra debajo de nuestros pies, el viento que nos recubre, la noche y sus sonidos, el sol y su calor y todos los elementos que están siempre presentes en nuestro entorno. Este encuentro de 5 días inicia con una práctica para traer conciencia al ConSentir a la hora de entrar en contacto con otres y con el entorno natural, seguido de un intensivo de Terapia Craneo Sacral para sentir los ritmos de nuestro líquido cefalorraquídeo y obtener herramientas de tacto sútil para llevar esas cualidades al trabajo en el agua. Playa cocles y playa chiquita serán los espacios para realizar nuestras exploraciones de AquaSomatics en donde tendremos aproximaciones para dar sesiones uno a uno desde el cuerpo danzando con y por el agua. Nuestro anclaje a tierra será el contact por un lado, desde la perspectiva somática nos adentraremos en el sistema óseo desde las capas de hueso y sus articulaciones, la tierra móvil que somos. Por otro lado, el taller Cuerpo/sentido nos ayudarán a despertar nuestra naturaleza sentipensante corporal y entrar en la consciencia plena de la sensualidad a través de la cordialidad, el respeto y consentimiento del colectivo. La experiencia Bodies in Nature nos invitará a fortalecer el vínculo intímo con distintos habitats naturales y el sentimiento de integración con nuestra casa/tierra. Cerraremos el encuentro con la experiencia de snorkel “Volando sobre los corales” para conocer más sobre el contexto submarino del espacio en donde danzaremos. Los corales son los huesos del mar. This year we have 4 facilitators: Andrea Scheel (MEX), Dan Springer (USA), Lucía Levy (CRC) and Lau Cruz (CRC). We will also have a special guest, Fernando Alvarado, coral guide. The meeting proposes a space for awareness of how bodily territories circulate and intervene in natural spaces; and in turn, how the awakening of sensitivity by the force of nature can also transform us. The power of water, the currents, the temperatures that we can feel, the earth under our feet, the wind that covers us, the night and its sounds, the sun and its heat and all the elements that are always present in our environment. This 5-day meeting begins with a practice to bring awareness to ConSent when coming into contact with others and with the natural environment, followed by an intensive CranioSacral Therapy to feel the rhythms of our cerebrospinal fluid and obtain touch tools. subtle to bring those qualities to work on the water. Playa cocles and playa chiquita will be the spaces to carry out our AquaSomatics explorations where we will have approaches to give one-on-one sessions from the body dancing with and through the water. Our anchorage to the ground will be the contact on the one hand, from the somatic perspective we will enter the bone system from the layers of bone and its joints, the mobile earth that we are. On the other hand, the Body/sense workshop will help us awaken our bodily feeling-thinking nature and enter into the full consciousness of sensuality through cordiality, respect and collective consent. The Bodies in Nature experience will invite us to strengthen the intimate bond with different natural habitats and the feeling of integration with our home/land. We will close the meeting with the snorkeling experience "Flying over the corals" to learn more about the underwater context of the space where we will dance. Corals are the bones of the sea.
