Enter a safe, fun space to feel good, without drink, drugs or an ounce of shame. Let old, stuck stories move and discover the healthiest, grounded way to reconnect with the wild cosmic dance within. No experience needed. Movement is our medicine. Welcoming special guest Anna Lisa Drew: - Annalisa Drew has a pure love of creating transformation, expression and expansion through the body. Weaving her knowledge and experience from energetic, physical, therapeutic and creative trainings she creates layered dance landscapes to explore, reflect and process our inner worlds with a mix of global rhythms, beats and melodies. Anna-Lisa brings the embodied immaculate feminine presence, receptivity and virtue to allow for participants unique essence to flourish. The exquisite music landscape creates a sacred temple space to come home to ourselves through movement, embodiment and self love. She is an Ecstatic Dance Facilitator, DJ, Tao Master, Art Therapist & Mother. Every other Thursday 7.30-9.30 pm The Station FROME, Station Approach BA11 1RE, Frome £10 on the door cash/card.
