This fabulous show features three of Melbourne's best swing bands plus DJ Rusty, all on the one Matinee Bill at the glorious Brunswick Ballroom, on Saturday 19 October from 1pm till 4pm. The Pearly Shells Over more than 15 years, The Pearly Shells have gained a reputation as Melbourne’s premier Jazz/Swing/RnB band with a classic style and look reminiscent of the Golden Age of Basie, Goodman, Ellington and Brother Ray Charles, today featuring the full 10-piece Pearly Shells experience plus a very special guest vocalist. Jennifer Salisbury's Swingin' Elixir Well-known and well-loved on the Melbourne swing circuit for over a decade, we re-booted The Swingin' Elixir in 2023 with a brand-new line-up and long-time vocalist Jennifer Salisbury at the helm. The Swingin' Elixir will have you on the dance floor from very first “1,2, you know what to do”! 32 Bars This fabulous project brings brand new swingin' tunes to life from Melbourne composer and producer Mark Morand.
