LAAY LINES is the electronic music project of Santa Fe-based DJ and producer Adém Joel (AJ), specializing in eclectic, high-vibe soundscapes for ecstatic dance, festivals, and yoga events. Blending genres like Folktronica, Afro House, Tropical Bass, and Psychedelic Bass, his sets often incorporate live flute and vocalists to create a "sonic alchemy". Co created altar space all night long and free fresh fruit offered to keep us energized. We offer a safe and drug free space to dance in. -------------------------------- Ecstatic Dance - 3 Simple Principles 1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot) This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK). 2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language) This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State. No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators. No Talking from the Dancers. (You may whisper quietly on the mats or benches in the back, IF no one else can hear you from the Dancefloor.) 3. We Dance as We Are No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
