Every week we are offering a musical dance journey to help us release expectations, let go of limits, stress, worries, confusions within the body + mind by dancing!! Featuring a different locations, DJs, dance guides, topics, foods, and musical experimentation. We encourage all types of dancing, movement, expression, instruments to add to the Universal language of music and love!!!
