DJ Sapo’s music journeys are mesmeric experiences that transcend space and time taking you on a dynamic flow through a highway of musical adventure. Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance practice where participants move freely to music in a judgment-free, non-verbal environment. It follows a musical "wave" structure, and is characterized by guidelines that prohibit talking, shoes, and intoxicants. Dancers move however they feel comfortable, from slow movements to energetic expressions, with consent and respect for others' space being key.
