FEATURING: Mike Zuniga Mike Zuniga, founder of rhythmicFUSION, was born and raised in Orange County CA found the love for bachata at the age of 22 while dancing on “Bachata Caliente” of Los Angeles CA. Determined to share his passion to teach, choreograph and perform it was not long till Mike decided to start his own dance company “Rhythmic Fusion” in January of 2010, the first and only bachata dance company in Orange County. “Rhythmic Fusion” has brought bachata to Orange County teaching at various locations, hosting workshops, and social events. Currently Mike Zuniga is determined to fuse his dynamic dance style and skills in to take bachata to a whole new level. You will see him teaching workshops that will take your bachata to places you never imagined and performing to routines that will leave you begging for more. RhythmicFUSION and Mike Zuniga have travelled to places to teach and perform such as New York, Chicago, Reno, Hawaii, Texas, Atlanta, France and many more. We've been dancing for about 12 years now, mostly latin rhythms like; salsa, bachata, merengue, and cumbia, to name a few. We also train in Hip Hop, Ballet, and Jazz. Young & energetic, our style is smooth, clean, precise yet bold & fun. We like to bend the rules & push the boundaries, We travel under our own flagship, choreographing, teaching, and performing around the world and sharing our unique style of dance. We have traveled to Europe, Japan, The Dominican Republic, and have been part of other International events trying to reach our goals and chase our dreams as a dance couple!! We competed at the World Latin Dance Cup in 2011 and won 1st place in the Cumbia Division. We also competed in 2013 with MG Dance Company and won 1st place in the Amateur On2 Team Division. Now we are current World Champions with Omambo in the Professional On2 Team Division. We are Directors of our own team called ProjX. This team is a dance project in which we bring so many dance styles together onto one stage. We love what we do and we always strive to be better than what we were the day before!
