West Coast Swing Dance Pre-"May The 4th Be With You" Birthday Party

Join us for a much-anticipated Star Wars party on May 2nd for a special West Coast Swing (WCS) dance! If you know Keith Stremmel, you know that he is an avid Star Wars fan, and you know he will have things up his sleeve at this fun event honoring his birthday later on in the month (May 10th). There will be lots of Star Wars fun like trivia with prizes, prize drawing, complementary Star Wars stickers, some Star Wars décor for photo ops, and dance a unique "WCS Mixer" dubbed “The Trench Run”! This has always been a fun night where WCS dancers gather from many locations in our galaxy to honor “Star Wars Day” AND the birthday of Keith Stremmel! 6 pm – Beginner - West Coast Swing Lesson 6:45 pm – Intermediate - West Coast Swing Lesson 7:30 – 10 pm - All West Coast Swing dancing party! -- Lessons, Trivia, and Music by Keith Stremmel -- The Star Wars trivia will happen during the dance. There will be 2 or 3 levels of trivia difficulty, depending on the number of contestants. Nice prizes to choose from! -- Set your blasters to FUN! We'll do a different kind of "WCS Mixer" like last year, which we call “The Trench Run”. Imagine the “Soul Train Dancers” dancing a "WCS Mixer"! -- Wear your favorite Star Wars tees and/or ( :-) "Andor" ) Star Wars costume. -- Several lightsabers from Keith's collection for your photo op fun. -- We will provide a birthday cake and potato chips.
