**First time attendees get in for free!** Keep those Halloween costumes out and ready for a fun costume contest! After the lesson, we will let the crowd judge their favorite costume with applause. The winner will receive a prize, so dress to impress! Once a month, we gather both valleys (Roanoke and New River) to dance and socialize—a social dance! It's a relaxed, friendly afternoon where all levels of dancers are welcome to come and enjoy themselves. We dance from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., beginning with an hour-long West Coast Swing lesson. Our lessons are beginner-friendly and perfect for people trying social dance for the first time! We always have an excellent mix of beginner and experienced dancers, so the lessons are designed to have something for everyone. Our playlist is a vibrant mix, featuring West Coast Swing as the main focus and a dash of Latin, Ballroom, and Country styles. The cost to attend is $10 (Full-time students get in for $5, and first-timers get in for free). We recommend registering by the Saturday before by contacting us, as details are subject to change.
