We are thrilled to present the sensational Ellesmere Big Band, accompanied by Swingtown Rebels, who will be hosting an engaging swing dance beginners lesson to get everyone on their feet! 📆 Time: Beginners Lesson at 6pm | Social Dance from 7pm onwards 📍 Venue: West Melton Community and Recreation Centre 🎵 Prepare to be transported to the golden era of swing as the Ellesmere Big Band brings their infectious energy and classic tunes to the dance floor. This talented group of musicians will have you tapping your feet and swinging to their unforgettable melodies all night long. The will also play a variety of musical styles to suit those with more of a ballroom background or others who are just having a shuffle and a twirl! 💃🕺 Swingtown Rebels, renowned for their expertise in swing dancing, will be leading a beginners lesson at 6pm. Don't worry if you've never danced before! They will guide you through the basics, ensuring everyone can jump in and enjoy the dance floor with confidence. 🍽️ At 8pm, take a break from the dance floor and indulge in a delectable supper provided by the dedicated Kirwee Community Hall Committee. You can refuel with a mouthwatering spread of delicious treats and catch up with fellow dancers, forging new friendships and strengthening the community bonds. 🚫 Please note that this is a non-alcohol event.
