Westie Underground OSDS Crossover WCS Lindy Hop Social Dance

Join us for a very special edition of Saturdays With The Underground! Studio parking is located behind the building. Some overflow parking is available at the front of the building and at the strip mall next door. Our friends over at the Ottawa Swing Dance Society are joining us for a crossover night celebrating All Things Swing! We're kicking off the night with intro lessons in both Lindy Hop and West Coast Swing, then dancing the night away to a mix of modern WCS and vintage Swing tunes! Schedule: 7:15pm: Doors open 7:30pm-8:15pm: Beginner Lindy Hop Lesson with Kofi and Natasha! 8:15pm-9:00pm: Beginner WCS Lesson with Thomas and Caroline 9:00pm-12:00am: Crossover social dancing with music from DJ Thomas Admission: $15 - includes both Lindy Hop and WCS beginner lessons and social dance Outside shoes are not permitted on the dance floor. Dance shoes, clean indoor shoes, and socks are all acceptable.
