Welwyn Garden City (WGC) Town Centre, UK. Friday 21st, Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd June 2024. The WGC Vintage Festival is a 2 day and 3 evening, international live music and dance weekend, organised by JiveSwing.Com and sponsored by the businesses of Welwyn Garden City. This year we're bringing together over 100 of the best Internationally acclaimed musicians, Singers, DJs, Dancers, Dance Classes, International Teachers, Concerts , Vintage & Classic Cars, Vintage Fashion, Vintage Stalls & Children's entertainment across 5 stages, locations and arenas for a whole weekend of entertainment. EVERYTHING will be in one location, our amazing WGC Town Centre. DAYTIME - FREE MUSIC FESTIVAL: Howard Centre, Stonehills & Howardsgate WGC, AL8 Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd: 12.00am - 5:00pm FREE Music Festival, featuring at least 3 outdoor stages and arenas, with world class live music and dance entertainment, featuring artist seen on TV, theatre or movies. There's also a children's zone with rides and other entertainment, geared towards young families. JIVESWING AT THE WILLOWS (FREE): Saturday & Sunday 12:00 - 4.00pm Two Willows, Howardgate, AL8 PRE-WGCVF CLASS & PARTY @MISYA 67 Parkway, WGC, AL8 6JQ 7:00pm - 11:00am EVENING CONCERTS & SOCIAL DANCES (TICKETED): 8pm - 2am: Oaklands College, WGC, AL8 6AH Friday, Saturday & Sunday Evenings are filled with 1940s swing bands, DJs, shows, dancers, licensed bar, wooden floors, making it a full immersive weekend. Evening Tickets Remaining : Limited Evening tickets will be available from Monday 29th May 2024. WGCVF SWING DANCE CAMP: Join the WGCVF Dance Camp for swing dance workshop, with International Instructors and evening parties with amazing live music, DJ's, competitions and shows, still leaving plenty of time to join the FREE outdoor dancing after classes. A fully immersive weekend!
