What Grows Together Intensive workshop with Adrianna Michalska and Nica Portavia This workshop explores Contact Improvisation dance through the metaphor and physicality of water bodies and mycelium. Through these images we will work with the possibilities of embodying the ideas of interconnectedness, fluid identities, and radical collectivity. We will create structures to find the curiosity and question the different ways of co-existing in the dance and beyond. Attention is given to subterranean relations that move beneath the ground, connecting different elements through support, exchange, and shared transformation. those relations operate below the surface, shaping how bodies listen, respond, and influence one another over time. relations that are not always visible, yet continuously shaping collective presence. Questo workshop esplora la Contact Improvisation attraverso la metafora e la fisicità dei corpi d'acqua e del micelio. Attraverso queste immagini lavoreremo sulle possibilità di incarnare i concetti di interconnessione, identità fluide e collettività radicale. Creeremo score exstrutture per trovare la curiosità e interrogarci sui diversi modi di coesistere nella danza e oltre. L'attenzione è rivolta alle relazioni sotterranee che si muovono sottoterra, collegando diversi elementi attraverso il supporto, lo scambio e la trasformazione condivisa. Queste relazioni operano sotto la superficie, plasmando il modo in cui i corpi si ascoltano, rispondono e si influenzano a vicenda nel tempo. Relazioni non sempre visibili, ma che plasmano continuamente la presenza collettiva.
