This lightly facilitated dance will take us into higher states of unity, love, connection and playfulness. We will explore dancing with the light and dark parts of ourselves individually and collectively. This will support us in expressing and owning all parts of ourselves enabling us to feel more embodied and whole. Dancers will be inspired by passionate music and powerful, creative, lightly guided, improvisational dance rituals. These dance rituals will empower you to release your inhibitions- supporting you to dance wild, free and playful like a child. They will clear your energy and bring an experience of renewal to you, your body and your connection with yourself and others. 8:30-10:30pm Wickedly Luminous Dance Party w/Reem Abdou AKA Dreeemy founder of BAE & BASS Yoga) Reem will spin a wickedly delicious, eclectic mix of tribal, world, house and global music that will posses your soul and make you dance. Reem Abdou is a genre-bending DJ + musicmaker who also goes by dreeemy. Her music is a communication of sonic vibration: tribal rhythms, groovy basslines, pulsing 808s, glittering synths, ancestral vocals - these are the hallmarks of her sound. Her music is meant for movement; a deep sense of exploration, expression, and euphoria. Please see below in the sponsor section for info on BAE COLLECTIVE & @BASSxYoga. 7:00-11:00pm Chill-out in the Luminous Lounge Chill, relax, recharge and connect while enjoying delicious complimentary organic chocolate on the magic unicorn and swan floats in the Luminous Lounge. 9:00-10:00pm All Senses Delight w/Rachel Santos All Senses Delight is a fun, safe, playful blindfolded experience to engage and enliven the senses. By the end, I always feel completely connected with myself and everyone in the room- a deep sense of community is created. It is a profound experience.” ~Doug Larson “I feel like this is the best time I've had in a while! I came in not knowing what to expect. I left feeling empowered, light, open, centered and free. A lot of things surfaced for me in a wonderful way. I now feel closer to my heart and further from my pain. Thank you!” ~ Melissa D. What kind of Costume should I wear? Wear any kind of costume that you desire. Your costume can be as simple or as elaborate as you like. The point is to have fun so don’t stress too much about a costume. If you are costume challenged ask friends or look on Google for ideas. We love glitter but unfortunately the studio floors do not. NO GLITTER of any kind is allowed due to it possibly damaging the studio. This includes make-up & costumes. Anyone wearing glitter will be denied entry.
